
Board ofDirectorsMichelle Bolger Michelle is a community volunteer and philanthropist who ran her first marathon in 2007 as a fundraiser for Tremendous Hearts. Passionate about the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children worldwide, Michelle has been a tireless supporter of Tremendous Hearts' mission in South Africa since its inception. Johan de Besche, PT, DPT Johan de Besche is a pediatric physical therapist who has been working with deaf children for more than 10 years. He is a modern dancer who has performed in Boston and New York. He lives in Arlington, Massachusetts lives with his wife Sara Stackhouse and their two wonderful children. Joye L. Dickens Joye has more than 25 years experience in family systems therapy and grief counseling. She is a certified, body-oriented Gestalt therapist, licensed to practice in CT who is also experienced in organizational development. In addition to her work as a therapist, Joye co-founded an international adoption agency and built a successful group counseling practice. She earned a BS from Syracuse University and an MA in Counseling from St. Joseph’s College (Hartford, CT). She is also a certified Household Manager and enjoys being the mother of three adult children and “Grandma Joye” to Johnny. Charlotte Heim, MA, OTR/L Charlotte Heim is an occupational therapist currently working in a school setting with students, ages 4-22. She has lectured at workshops and conferences on assistive technologies and pediatric skill development, and is a graduate of Tufts University, Boston School of Occupational Therapy. Prior to a second career in OT, Charlotte worked for 15 years as an industrial designer. Stephen Opie Stephen established OpieDesign in 1992, specializing in footwear design, brand creation and most recently narrative story-building for his clientele. He has taught at Rhode Island School of Design, won several international design awards, awarded numerous patents and in 2004 his industrial boot product was featured in the Museum of Modern Art. Janet Pultz Janet is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of experience in client service, account management, sales and project management for companies such as Putnam Investments, Owens Corning Fiberglass and Harris/3M/Lanier. She holds a BS in Textile Technology with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth. Sara Stackhouse Sara is the Executive Producer of the Actors' Shakespeare Project. Previously, she was the supervising producer of INSIDE This Old House for the A&E television network. She also served as project manager for cellist, Yo Yo Ma for six years and as the associate producer on 8 films including Yo Yo Ma: Inspired by Bach. Sara received a theater degree from Oberlin College. She lives in Arlington, Massachusetts with her husband Johan de Besche and their two wonderful children. Jennifer TumSuden Jennifer TumSuden is currently the Director of Annual Giving at Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Natick, MA. Jennifer has previously held advancement positions at Harvard Divinity School, Harvard Alumni Affairs and Development, and Dana Hall School. She is a graduate of Fairfield University and is completing a Master's Degree in the History of Art and Architecture at Harvard University. Ingrid Joy Wolfson Ingrid Joy Wolfson is president of The Wolfson Group. She has been a business owner, organizational change strategist and executive coach for the past 20 years, acting as a facilitator to organizations, management teams and individuals that are planning for and implementing organizational and personal change. Ingrid holds degrees in psychology and business from the University of Illinois and has done extensive graduate work in organizational development with Loyola University and National Training Labs. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. |
